We are seeking to appoint a part-time Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Transport Operations Customer Service Team. If you are a vibrant and driven individual, with experience in providing excellent customer service to customers along with excellent administrative skills then we want to hear from you. Be part of a team where no day at work is dull.
This role is a minimum of 30 hours per week covering Monday to Friday.
Main duties include:
- Accurate delivery note input
- Monitoring generic emails and distributing as required
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- General customer service and administrative duties
- Destin8 Releases and checking pin numbers, when required
- POD uploading into customer systems
Skills and Attributes Required
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong time management skills
- Good team player
- Strong IT skills
