Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers.
Duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Rate confirmations
- Prepare and check invoices
- Answer queries in relation to invoices
- Input delivery notes
- Chase releases for the following day
- Go through landing times
- Rate all jobs on tariff in place or by quote on email
- Chase PODs
- Check outstanding shipping lines which are not advised on the delivery note
- Quoting for jobs and process once these are confirmed
- Liaising with operations and accounts to resolve queries
- Any other duties as required
What We Need From You:
- Current experience of working in customer services within a busy traffic office
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and written
- High levels of attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative and also part of a team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Excellent organisational skills
